What languages are supported?

English, Dutch, French, and Spanish. Let us know what other languages you'd like us to support via [email protected].

Can I place the widget anywhere on my website?

Yes. Uncheck the box that says "Fixed" in Settings > Customize

Where is the embed code?

If you've subscribed, you should see it on the home screen right after logging into your account.


I can't see the calendar when I click on the widget!

This isn't a question, but that's OK. In order to see the calendar, make sure you've set two preferences in your Settings:

  1. Times to accept appointments
  2. Communication preference

What calendars do you integrate with?

Google Calendar. Let me know if you'd like to see other calendars integrated as well.


Are appointments instantly booked?

No. You'll receieve an email with the client's info so you can determine whether or not to take the appointment. If you decide you want it, just reply to the email. If you don't want it, you don't have to take any additional action.

How do I cancel an appointment?

There's currently no way to cancel an appointment through the app. For now, go the old-fashioned route and contact the client about any appointment changes.

Do you send appointment reminders?

Currently no. Is this functionality you'd like to see?
